This golden brass butterfly loupe pendant contains a 26mm loupe lens (5x magnification). The lens is protected by a domed decorative grill featuring a handsome moth or butterfly with his wings spread wide. The grill is held in place by a gentle magnetic clasp. Overall measurement of the framed lens is 30mm in diameter (roughly 26mm for the lens alone). The chain is approximately 24 inches in total length, offering a drop of approximately 12 inches.
The butterfly loupe pendant lens offers excellent clarity for close examination of jewelry or fine paint strokes…Things of that nature. The lens is less useful for anything you would do at a greater distance from the eye. From my personal use, I can tell you this: I found wearing this jewelers’ loupe as a pendant to be exactly as handy as I hoped it would be.
