Product Description
From nomadic tribes to the silk road, to modern day exports, trade is the life blood of China. Anywhere the water met the land, you could be sure to find this boat, the Chinese junk. The smallest merchant boat meant to be poled through narrow, winding waterways was made with the same design as a full size trading vessel meant for the high seas. Each has sails that look like the painted silk umbrellas.
This Chinese junk charm measures approximately .75 inches long and weighs 2 grams. This piece is tested to confirm .925 silver content. It has been polished by hand; No corrosive solvents or dips are used.
**Our fine jewelry is always boxed for shipping.**
Please take your time with the photos and consider them part of the description. Charms are properly installed when the jump ring is soldered closed.
