Product Description
Kingsley Enamels hand painted enamel box celebrating centuries of luxury travel via liveried carriage. This coach and four is rolling through town with a crest on the door and two footmen on hand to ensure a smooth ride.
As mentioned, the featured scene is hand painted in minute detail and signed by the artist. The base shows two more carriages; One in the front beneath the clasp and on in the back beneath the hinge. These two images are applied rather than hand painted. The bottom is marked with the Kingsley Enamels hallmark.
Inspired by the Halcyon Days Revival of hand painted enamels, Kingsley Enamels focused on celebrating uniquely English scenes and history. This tribute to travel is in excellent condition, inside and out, and the hinge is in perfect working order. It measures 2.25 inches in diameter and 1.25 inches from top to bottom. This piece does not have the original display box, but you can rest assured that it will arrive in a gift box worthy of it’s quality and style.
