Product Description
Tumbled garnet gemstones are the stars of this Garnet Princess necklace. This natural beauty is hand strung with care and finished with sterling silver, as is fitting for such rare beauty.
Garnets are deep red gemstones associated with passion, inner fire and life force. They are the birthstone for the month of January. Garnet is said to be the stone of rejuvenation and empowerment. Rose pearl accents balance the fire of garnets with their gentle purity. Hematite and sterling silver complete the statement.
This Garnet Princess length strand measures approximately 18.5 inches long including the finishing clasp. This necklace – from start to finish – was made at my workbench. The stones are tumbled garnet gemstones; Due to the way the gemstones were drilled, I used a fine multi strand stainless steel beading wire to create the strand. All additional findings, from crimps to wire protectors and clasp, are solid sterling silver (absolutely NO plated elements). This classic single strand weighs approximately 36 grams (1.25 ounces).
Silver will patina over time, revealing highlights with your touch. This process is natural; Use of corrosive solvents or dips is not recommended.
**Our fine jewelry is always boxed for shipping.**
