Product Description
Medieval Kingsley enamel box featuring a couple in late 15th century fashion, riding out for a day of falconry and fresh air. The sides of the box are covered with petite fleur de lis on a blue background. The bottom is marked with the Kingsley Enamels hallmark, and inside the lid a lady’s hat is captioned “15th Century Costume.”
Kingsley Enamels focus on celebrating uniquely English scenes and history. This medieval tribute is in excellent condition, inside and out, and the hinge is in perfect working order. It should be noted that the lids in this Kingsley Historical Costume series do not snap closed as so many others do. The lid is designed to lay flush against the rim of the box, but if upturned, the lid will open naturally with gravity.
This Medieval Kingsley enamel box measures 2.25 inches in diameter and 1.25 inches from top to bottom. It does not have the original display box, but you can rest assured that it will arrive in a gift box worthy of it’s quality and style.
** Our fine enamels are always boxed for shipping. **
