The stone is low profile, cut and polished so the variation in the stone runs from top to bottom, meaning that the tiger stripes run parallel to the length of your finger. This mid century tigers eye ring is size 10. The stone measures 20 mm from top to bottom and 12 mm parallel to the band. The band is marked .925 and weighs 20 grams (quite substantial size/weight). There is a shallow scuff to the surface of the stone, seen only rarely if you watch carefully as the light shifts across the surface. Your local jeweler could so easily be buff it out, if you wish.
