This is a single decade turquoise pocket rosary, handmade with love. Ten natural turquoise stones are tumbled to retain their organic shapes. The decade is finished with a natural tumbled agate Our Father bead. The bronze cross and Romantic Mary centerpiece (fob) are hand cast in our studio.
Turquoise is the semiprecious birthstone for the month of December. It is also the traditional stone for the 11th anniversary.
Our turquoise pocket rosary measures 9 inches total, including the 1.25 inch fob and the 1.5 inch cross. The rosary is joined with a wrapped wire technique, sure to last for generations. Brass and bronze will both patina over time, revealing highlights with your touch. The process is natural; Corrosive solvents or polishing dips are not recommended.
